With Winter training in full swing, LBC decided to refurbish the Gym with new flooring and new weights equipment. Thanks to Charlie, Matt and Elliot for all the hard work getting everything built!

Now sporting two multi-purpose weights cages, three benches, new dumbbells, new bars and new weights, not to mention a new coat of paint, the gym is now an inspiring place to get fit and strong while the nights are dark.

Also benefitting from a new floor was the repurposed erg room.

Great to see LBC, the current learn to row crew, Soaring Dragons and LSRC all putting the improved facilities to good use.
