In association with British Rowing, LBC will be hosting learn to row courses for juniors and adults from the 7th September through to December with outings on Saturdays and week day evenings.
Attendees will be supported by qualified coaches and all equipment will be provided. Its a great way to get fit whilst having fun in a supportive and friendly environment.
