Everyone has a place in our squad!

Our senior squad is composed of male and female athletes who have a wide range of abilities, from those just starting out, to those with a wealth of experience. This squad trains and competes regularly at various domestic events, at different levels. 

The volume and intensity of the training varies according to the individuals ability, commitment, and goals. Typically this means training volume can  range from two to over six session a week.
