Swapping oars for paddles an adventurous cohort of members took the opportunity to dunk Mike and Jen in the River Trent in preparation for married life. Whilst originally designed as a Stag trip the Hen rebelled and no-one, especially not Mike, was brave enough to tell Jen that the prospective bride was not supposed to attend.

Having worked out which way to don the obligatory wetsuit 15 intrepid souls leapt aboard 2 rafts and threw themselves down the white water course at Holmepierrepoint.

I have not laughed so much for a long time and it was a great team building event. I just wonder what wild events Sandra and Karen have got planned for Jen next weekend…
