Rowing and Facilities Development:

Soar Ahead has returned from refurbishment and is back on the water.
Jenifer has gone off for repair at a £400 quote.
Set of 8 sweep blades will be delivered following Henley.

Club truck.
Amount to spend on a new truck still to be finalised. Truck had the clutch fluid checked and changed (£83). With this and previous work, the truck is in good enough shape to be seen out without any further expenses before replacing it.

A general club planner is needed to help coordination of social events, club events, races and other general goings on. SW to purchase, sec to keep online events calendar up to date.

Coaching, Welfare and Safety:

Session plan cards are starting to be created, the reverse of which will have general navigation rules, where it is safe to overtake and where speed work is not to be done.

At the same time, the club map is being refreshed to account for this by SW and TI.

Opportunity for club members, where appropriate, to take their RYA Level 2 to be looked into. KH to contact person at Burton to organise.

Social:

This Saturday, there is a summer ball for a university society and a private BBQ. Jointly expecting to make £3000 with bar and venue hire. A new BBQ needs to be purchased, without it, the events on Saturday cannot happen. Approval given.

Next event will be July 22nd, a wedding but is Bewdley weekend.

Cooker hood has been purchased, just needs bracket and the rest of the kitchen decoration completing including a degrease. Cost price £375.
