Actions arising:
Rebecca Hambleton was welcomed and co-opted to the committee as club treasurer. All present were very grateful to her for being willing to take on the role.
Amount for club truck provisionally set at £5000. Contact is being made with Sandicliffe re sponsorship of lease hire of a new truck.
Spending plan has been updated to include overheads – accounting for inflation, and some changes to the figures previously given for other spends. MC and KH to work through and remove those spends/jobs which have already been completed.
Sweep blades need to be added to the spending plan for this year.
A boat inventory has been compiled using previous details about age, condition, history of boats which is to be updated to include a fuller run down of expected/needed work on boats.

As there have been difficulties in accessing the general account due to change of treasurer and with Barclays, expenses are currently being paid out of the social account with the amounts to be transferred when full access is regained.
Rowing and Facilities Development:
Set of 8 sweep blades, TI has emailed Concept 2 to chase up the blade we are due to be getting as previously agreed. They are in the warehouse and just need to be re-handled. TI in contact and will orchestrate collection when ready
Coaching, Welfare and Safety:
Point raised re capsize and swim test to be arranged for this year especially with the number of new members from the learn to row course.
Social:
Environmental safety check being carried out on Wednesday, all requirements as previously given have now been completed.
Thanks to SW and all those involved in preparing and getting the cooker hood in place.
