Accounts:
There is a requirement for membership secretaries to be able to see when members have paid in their subs. MC/KH to talk direct to with the bank. Similar requirement for SM when it comes to social events.
Looking at the accounts, there is quite a cost rise in the gas for the year, chase RP re statement on the price increase of gas.
Rowing and Facilities Development:
Thanks given to SW for organising the AED training evening.
Club mark: SW currently working with JS to double check all documents in light of new criteria to meet Club Mark. SW to chase BR for safeguarding training for those involved.
KH in process of getting a second quote for the driveway into the club. First quote was about £2000. £500 for gate to bridge, £500 for car park and another £1000 from bridge to around the back of the gym. Work to be carried out includes levelling and topping and the car park area levelled.
Trailer:
It was proposed to sell on the blue mesh trailer as it has not been used for some time. We have the two others which get used ahead of that one. Money raised through the sale will be invested back into the club towards sculls racks without hindering the club’s competing ability.
The double: Jennifer is to be repaired, quote at about £1200.
Soar ahead is returning from refurbishment.
Coaching, Welfare and Safety:
Coaching this weekend at HPP/NWSC to support those racing at junior Inter Regionals. SW and Mark are going to support. It all seems to be a well-planned weekend.
Refresher to club members of suitable places for over taking on the river and those areas not to stop.

Canal and River Trust:
KH attended, there was talk of undertaking voluntary work to help clear riverside, help of LBC was offered.
AGM:
Club management scheme to be proposed for formal adoption.
